Our bench fitting follows a strict sequence completed in 10 to 30 minutes on the same day:
Phase 1: Chemical Clean & Electrostatic Lift. The display panel and camera cluster are degreased with isopropyl solvent, wiped with lint-free microfiber, and swept with dust-removal stickers under raking inspection lighting.
Phase 2: Screen Glass Placement. Your phone sits clamped inside a rigid anodised alignment frame. The 9H glass protector is aligned to micrometer tolerances and seated, allowing optical clear adhesive to flow across the OLED panel with zero blister entrapment.
Phase 3: Camera Lens Fitting. Individual optical glass caps or sapphire rings are seated over each rear camera sensor, preserving night-mode flash contrast.
Phase 4: Chassis Snap & Clearance Inspection. The shock case is seated around the phone body. We verify under magnification that the bumper lip preserves clean perimeter clearance against the glass. You inspect the phone under 5000K daylight before leaving.
